Malcolm Booth is an experienced finance executive with a background in developing biotechnology and IT companies both in Australia and internationally. He is an Australian Chartered Accountant having previously qualified with Ernst & Young in Adelaide. After working in London for UBS Warburg and HSBC and completing an MBA, he moved to Italy as a CFO and Founder of a technology start-up company. More recently he contributed to the ASX listing of biotechnology company Cryptome Pharmaceuticals Limited and its subsequent merger with another company HealthLinx Limited.  His experience covers strategy development, technology licensing, fund-raising and corporate finance transactions including public listings and mergers.
